No two clients of ours are the same, each with individual requirements – one size doesn’t fit all. You tell us what you want from your cleaner and we do everything we can to make sure that you get it. You meet and approve your cleaner before she starts and you are free to change the cleaning tasks week by week.

Do I have to sign a minimum term contract for my cleaning?
The Happy Cleaning Company do not operate a minimum term contract for using our services.
Are there any agency fees or any other hidden charges on top of your flat cleaning rates?
Put simply, No. We do not charge any additional monthly/yearly fees, agency fees or commission. There are no hidden costs or charges. Our service is charged per hour or at a fixed price per property, the price we quote is the price you pay.
Do you guarantee your cleaning services?
Yes. We offer a promise that if you are not fully satisfied with the result from a cleaning job, we will continue to clean until your are happy. In order to resolve any issues related to poor quality service, we need to receive feedback as soon as any problems occur and preferabbly within 24 hours of the service being received.
How do you ensure your cleaners maintain reliability, honesty and a good work ethic?
Any cleaners used by The Happy Cleaning Company will be screened, including checking all the references provided by the cleaner. We also prove extensive training making sure that all of our high quality standards are being met each and every visit.
Can I have the same cleaner every visit?
You will usually have the same house cleaner looking after your home on every cleaning visit. We will not replace your cleaner unless you request the change yourself. On the rare occasion that your regular domestic cleaner goes away for a week or two we will contact you with regards to providing a replacement.
Is it possible for my cleaner come whilst I am at work?
Yes, of course. You can either give a set of keys to our cleaner or make prior arrangments with us to hold a spare key for your property in our office safe. You don’t have to wait for the cleaners every time they come.
If my cleaner goes on a holiday, will you provide a replacement?
Yes. We guarantee you a replacement cleaner who will continue to deliver your regular cleaning service at your property.
Is there a minimum number of hours I need to book per cleaning visit?
Yes. You need to book at least 2 hours per cleaning visit for 1 cleaner or 1 hour if you have 2 cleaners allocated to your property.
I am moving home in the near future. Can I still have the same cleaner at my new address?
We will do our best to not have to change your cleaner if you are moving home. But this, of course, depends on the area you are moving to and the day/time requirements for the new property.
Do I have to pay anything when I am away on holiday or I am unavailable for a number of weeks?
No. You don’t pay us a single penny whilst you are away. You only need to pay when you use our cleaning service.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by cash, cheque, BACS, or via online Paypal invoice payment.
