We offer a promise that if you are not fully satisfied with the result from a cleaning job, we will continue to clean until your are happy. In order to resolve any issues related to poor quality service, we need to receive feedback as soon as any problems occur and preferabbly within 24 hours of the service being received.

Any cleaners used by The Happy Cleaning Company will be screened, including checking all the references provided by the cleaner. We also prove extensive training making sure that all of our high quality standards are being met each and every visit.

You will usually have the same house cleaner looking after your home on every cleaning visit. We will not replace your cleaner unless you request the change yourself. On the rare occasion that your regular domestic cleaner goes away for a week or two we will contact you with regards to providing a replacement. You can either give a set of keys to our cleaner or make prior arrangments with us to hold a spare key for your property in our office safe. You don’t have to wait for the cleaners every time they come.

As a cleaning company, we regularly spot check and carry out quality assurance to maintain the high standards expected of us.
